TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2021 By Josphat Kamau Nduati, of P.O. Box 33, Kangari in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Philisilah Wanjiru Gichimu, who died at Mariira Sub-location, on 16th September, 2014. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Ndirangu Mwangi and (2) Mary Wambui Maina, both of P.O. Box 1–01034, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Nganga, who died at A.I.C., Githumu Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
