CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2022 By Mukoka Katama, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwatsuma Katama alias Mwatsuma Katana Mwatuma, who died on 25th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. 110 OF 2022 By (1) Raymond Chai Johnson and (2) Joseph Katana Kalama, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Charo Kalama, who died on 12th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. 125 OF 2022 By (1) Dickson Mae Mwaringa and (2) Julius Mwaringa Ngowa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kitsao Kadenge, who died on 12th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2023 By Shadrack Ngumbao Koi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ngumbao Koi, who died at Miwani, Mavueni, on 24th May, 2021.
