TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2021 By (1) Davis Wamukune Burutu and (2) Alfrey Werunga Burutu, both of P.O. Box 51, Lukusi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Burutu Masambayi Mandila, who died at Misimo Sub-location. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2022 By (1) Francis Werunga Wasike, (2) Benard Simiyu Wasike and (3) Christine Nafula Wasike, all of P.O. Box 70, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Wasike Muricho alias Wasike Werunga, who died at Maraka Sub- location, on 20th October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
