TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2020 By (1) Carolyne Mbatha Muasya and (2) Cosmas Mutisya Muasya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muasya Mutisya alias Bosco Muasya Mutisya, who died at Sengani, on 25th March, 2008. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2022 By Jane Wairimu Thimba, of P.O. Box 77074–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josinta Wairimu Mbuthia, who died at Ruai, on 18th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
