TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2021 By Stanley Ngethe Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 926–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s written will, for a grant of probate of the will testate to the estate of Peter Ndegwa Kamau alias Peter Ndegwa, who died at Nairobi, on 21st September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
