Box 162–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nyambura Kahiti, who died at Gathugu, on 4th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Nyambura Job and (2) John Ndinguri Mahinda, both of P.O. Box 14–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Job Mahinda Njoroge alias M. Njoroge, who died at Gathangari, Githunguri, on 14th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Njeri Mwihia and (2) James Kahiga Mwihia, both of P.O. Box 33–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwihia Simon Thianga alias John Mwihia Thianga, who died at Ngemwa, Githunguri, on 5th May, 2010.
