TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Musyoki Mbithi and (2) Nzula Mulinge Ndolo, both of P.O Box 104–80408, Lunga Lunga in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithi Kilei Muvya, who died at Malamba Village, on 30th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
