Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magere Nyangukura, who died at Kiong’anyo Sub-location, on 11th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. 382 OF 2022 By Chrisantus Nyangori Nyabera, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyabera Ongeri, who died at Iranda, on 10th June, 1983. CAUSE NO. 481 OF 2022 By Luke John Nyakoe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nyakoe Oroo, who died at Bomariba Location, on 18th November, 1990. CAUSE NO. E491 OF 2022 By (1) Jacob Weyden Mogendi Mekenye and (2) Mekenye Ondoro Joseph, the deceased’s sons, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Kwamboka Mekenye, who died at Kenyatta Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
