TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E472 OF 2022 By Evans Mayianda Moranga, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Basweti Moranga alias Basweti Moranga, who died at Boguseru, on 3rd December, 1979. CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2023 By Evans Kerage Ongeri, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabiri Ragira, who died at Nyamwari Sub-location. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
