E275 OF 2022 By (1) Michael Odhiambo Matunga and (2) Philip Odera Matunga, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amayo Matunga, who died on 10th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By Martin Ogola Kibayi, the decesed’s son, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibai Ong’ang, who died on 19th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By Benard Ochieng Aoko, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Miser Ojunju, who died on 21st June, 1993. CAUSE NO.
