E441 OF 2022 By (1) Patricia Atieno Ogutu and (2) Alice Ouma Owiti, the deceased’s widows, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogutu Ombara Marenga alias Ogut Ombara Marenga, who died on 28th November, 2001. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2023 By John Odhiambo Okowe, of P.O. Box 192, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apudo Awandu Akowe alias Awandu Abudo, who died at Nyandiwa, on 2nd December, 2002 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
