PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION

TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2020 By Mary Mwelu Mutua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Muiyai Mawe alias Mutua Muiyai, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E282 OF 2021 By (1) Kalekye Kilonzo and (2) Harrison Mutisya Kilonzo, both of P.O. Box 15, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilonzo Kiiti, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th June, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
