TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 262 OF 2022 By (1) Benson Kamau Njoroge and (2) Kariuki Kimani Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 87, Wanjohi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waithira Kamau Kihara, who died on 21st April, 1995. CAUSE NO. 335 OF 2022 By (1) Amos Wanyiri Ndegwa and (2) Naomi Wambui Ndegwa, both of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Ndegwa Wangai alias Wangai Harrison Ndegwa, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 31st October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
