TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E529 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Thiongo Mwangi and (2) Jane Mugure Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obadiah Waweru s/o Njoroge Muraguri alias Obadiah Waweru, who died at Thiga-ini Village, Gakoigo, on 3rd October, 1970. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
