TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E414 OF 2022 By Antony Ouma Kung’u, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Adongo Kungu, who died on 16th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. E603 OF 2022 By Pamela Adhiambo Ogoya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ogonda Mbuya alias Ogonda Mbuya, who died on 21st June, 1989. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2023 By Meresa Adhiambo Ochieng, of P.O Box 19–40117, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achola Ranga, who died at South Kapuonja, on 26th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
