TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2022 By Helida Akumu Edanga, of P.O. Box 1797, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Odanga Odera, who died at Kanyumba, Buoye Sub-location, on 11th January, 2008. CAUSE NO. E759 OF 2022 By (1) Thomas Olang Yoto and (2) Julius Okoth Nguta, both of P.O. Box 307–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yoto Nguta alias Justo Yoto Nguta, who died at Chiga, Kisumu, on 3rd May, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
