TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By (1) Suman Chhotalal Kanji, (2) Vishvas Chhotalal Kanji and (3) Vikram Chhotalal Kanji, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Chhotalal Kalidas Kanji, who died at Mombasa, on 11th January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
