CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2023 By (1) John Kiptui Kurgat and (2) Winnie Mugho, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loyce Kurgat, who died at Top Hill Hospital in Kenya, on 14th October, 2022.
