TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 24th February, 2023 CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By Doris Wanjiru Maina, of P.O. Box 138–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Maina Myall, who died at Kahurura Sub-location, on 25th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By (1) Violet Gathigia Myall and (2) Mark Sidney Myall, both of P.O. Box 138–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phyallis Gathigia Myall, who died at Kahurura Sub-location, on 12th October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
