TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2017 By (1) Rene Petrus Adrianus Brouwer and (2) Ingrid Anna Margaretha Vander Goes, both of P.O. Box 34521–80118, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son-in-law and daughter, respectively, for a grant of probate to the estate of Jacobus Nicolaas Petrus Van Der Goes, who died at Nyali, Mombasa, on 14th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
