TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2776 OF 2022 By Chetan Kantilal Shah, of 25, Friern Mount Drive, London, N20, 9DP, the lawfully appointed administrator, through Messrs. Agoi Kilima & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for resealing of a grant of probate issued by the High Court of Justice, United Kingdom on 27th March, 2018, to the estate of Ranjana Kantilal Shah alias Ranjana K. Shah, late of 24, Attlee Court, 24 Howard Road, Stanmore, Middlesex, who died at St. Luke’s Hospice, Kenton Grange, Kenton Road, Kenton Harrow, on 9th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
