NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 165 in Volume D1, Folio 917/1524, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Benta Joy On’geti, formerly known as Benta Namulumba Okuku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Benta Namulumba Okuku, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Benta Joy On’geti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Benta Joy On’geti only.
