NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 420 in Volume D1, Folio 824/1534, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Ambila Sam Onyango, of P.O. Box 768, Luanda in the Republic in Kenya, formerly known as Sammy Trevor Opiyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Sammy Trevor Opiyo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ambila Sam Onyango, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ambila Sam Onyango only.
