NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 352 in Volume D1, Folio 47/523, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Triza Achieng Nyagong’a, formerly known as Achien’g P. Teresa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Achien’g P. Teresa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Triza Achieng Nyagong’a, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Triza Achieng Nyagong’a only.
