NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 292, in Volume DI, Folio 341/520, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Abdirahman Muhumed Elmi, of P.O. Box 10350–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdi Moulid Maalim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdi Moulid Maalim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdirahman Muhumed Elmi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdirahman Muhumed Elmi only.
