NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 291, in Volume DI, Folio 340/520, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Habiba Bashir Maalim, of P.O. Box 114– 70301, Elwak in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Habiba Adow Edin, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Habiba Adow Edin, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Habiba Bashir Maalim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Habiba Bashir Maalim only.
