NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th October, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2000, in Volume DI, Folio 420/4236, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Sujata Udeepak Bali, of P.O. Box 42597, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sujata Bhangwanji Pabari, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sujata Bhangwanji Pabari, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sujata Udeepak Bali, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sujata Udeepak Bali only.
