NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 432, in Volume DI, Folio 816/1534, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Mohamed Ibrahim Osman, formerly known as Mohamed Bulle Ismail, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Bulle Ismail, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Ibrahim Osman, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Ibrahim Osman only.
