NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following authority and order under CR.MISC No. E3/2023 in the Senior Resident Magistrates Court at Kandara Law Courts to the public/owners/custodians of motorcycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Kandara Police yard, to collect the said Motorcycles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice.
