NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Mini Grader, reg. No. F4191251; Land Rover, KAH 680S; Mitsubishu Lancer, KAT 432M; Nissan X-Trail, KBT 695B; Mitsubishi GDI, KAG 261H; Daihatsu S. Wagon, KDA 835L, to collect the said motor vehicles from the premises of Kisumu Breakdown and Storage within Kisumu County, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon proof of ownership and payment outstanding bills, accumulated storage charges, the cost of this publication and any other balances/expenses and or incidental costs, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed of under the Disposal of the Uncollected Goods Act, by public auction through Sparknet Auctioneers Services without any further reference to the owners.
