NOTICE is given that GEMS National Academy Limited (GNAL) (Company No. PVT-5JU556B) trading as Regis Schools (Business No. BN-L5C382K) in order to ensure stability and continuity of the Regis School-Runda has granted Regis Runda Academy Limited (RRAL) a short-term license agreement (without any transfer of the school business or any portion thereof) but authorizing RRAL to manage the School with effect from 1st January, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) under a short-term license agreement. The address of the licensor is care of GEMS National Academy Limited t/a Regis Schools, P.O. Box 2966–00621, Village Market, Nairobi. The address of the licensee is care of Regis Runda Academy Limited, P. O. Box 282–00618, Ruaraka, Nairobi. The licensee, Regis Runda Academy Limited, is neither assuming nor intending to assume any or all of the liabilities incurred by GNAL or Regis Schools prior to the effective date.
