CPR/2014/129953 CREDITORS’ MEETING NOTICE is given to the creditors of Allianz Insurance Company of Kenya Limited (“the Company”) that the 1st meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 7th March, 2023, from 8.30 a.m. The meeting shall be held virtually. NOTICE is given to the creditors of Allianz Insurance Company of Kenya Limited (“the Company”) that the 1st meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 7th March, 2023, from 8.30 a.m. The meeting shall be held virtually. All creditors are required to register for the meeting using this meeting link. Creditors shall prove their claims against the Company to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the liquidation to failure of which they shall not be considered nor share in the distribution. A creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof in accordance with the law. In order to attend and qualify to vote on the 10th March, 2023, the following prerequisites must be observed: (a) Proof of debt form that is signed and duly supported; (b) Creditor representative name, email address and phone number; (c) Proxy form if required; (d) If someone else is signing the Proof of debt Form on your behalf, they must provide their name, email address, phone number and authority; (e) In order to enable the Liquidator prepare a register of expected bona fide creditors, documents mentioned in (1) and (3) above must have been lodged not later than 8th March, 2023 at 5.00 p.m. (f) The proof of debt and proxy form can be downloaded from the liquidator’s website www.mazars.co.ke.
