NOTICE is given that, for purposes of voluntary liquidation of the company, at a general meting of the members of the above company, duly convened and held at the companies’ physical offices at Plot No. 10130/3/A, Suite CB1, Blixen Court, Karen Road on the 1st February, 2023, the following special resolution was duly passed :- “To voluntarily liquidate Equatoria Teak Products Limited in accordance with the Insolvency Act, 2015 and deregister the company in accordance with the Companies Act, 2015; and that the Official Receiver be and is hereby appointed as the Liquidator for purposes of liquidation.” Dated the 1st February, 2023.
