COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above part development plan has been completed. The part development plan relates to a site situated within Kilifi County. Copies of the part development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the County Government offices for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development- Kilifi. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-named addresses between 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 519, Kilifi within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which they are made. Dated the 14th February, 2023.
