IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11B (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Mombasa County Education Development (Amendment) Act, 2017, the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Finance appoints— Samira Abdallah, Abdul Bagha, Bennette Nzamba, Chief Executive Officer of the Elimu Development Corporation, Chief Officer in charge of Finance, Chief Officer in charge of Education, to be Trustees of the Elimu Fund, for a period of three (3) years.
