APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 85 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code and sections 29 (1) and 30 (1) of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act, 2013, the Director of Public Prosecutions re-appoints— Taib Ali Taib, James Muruthi Kihara, advocates of the High Court of Kenya, being qualified private practitioners, to be public prosecutors, for a further period of two (2) years, with effect from the 16th January, 2023. NOORDIN M. HAJI, Director of Public Prosecutions.
