THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mighulo Mghondi (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mgange/Dawida/449, situate in the district of Taita/Taveta, and whereas the principal magistrate court at Wundanyi in succession cause No. E23 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Charles Mughulo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Charles Mughulo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mighulo Mghondi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
