THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rangi Matiko (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 13.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyabasi/Bomeranli/836, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the magistrate court at Migori in succession cause No. E30 of 2022, has issued letters of administration to Wzekiel Mwita Range, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Rangi Matiko (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration in the name of Wzekiel Mwita Range, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rangi Matiko (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
