REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Meshack Aura Oloo, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Suna East/Wasweta I/336, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title/lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of Sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a land title deed to Risanael Akelo Aura having been confirmed as the administrator in succession cause No. 319 of 2002 in the chief magistrate’s court at Migori, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
