THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kisoro Kiboi Cheptaiias Kiboi Masibai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Kimilili/Kibingei/11, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the Kimilili court in succession cause No. E16 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to Peter Kiboi Dennis Kiboi Masiabi, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Kisoro Kiboi Cheptaiias Kiboi Masibai (deceased) has been reported to missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kisoro Kiboi Cheptaiias Kiboi Masibai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
