THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samson P. K. Wahome (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Mikaro/290, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Engineer in succession cause No. 116 of 2018, has issued letters of administration to Grace Wangari Kiruri, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Samson P. K. Wahome (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instruments L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samson P.
