REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Makugea M’Mwogau Ndumwowa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nkuene/Kathera/560, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 134 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mary Mukami M’Kugea, and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the title deed in respect of Makugea M’Mwogau Ndumwowa (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Mary Mukami M’Kugea, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Makugea M’Mwogau Ndumwowa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
