THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Morris G. Njage, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as Gaturi/Githimu/1965, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title No. Gaturi/Githimu/1965, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Embu Civil Case No. 66 of 2018, has ordered the executive officer of court to execute the discharge of charge in respect of Gaturi/Githimu/1965, and whereas the Land Registrar has been ordered to issue a new title deed free from all or any encumbrances and revert the title deed in the name of Morris G. Njage, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said Order and issue land title deed to Morris G.
