GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2273

WHEREAS Eston Muraguri Gikonyo (deceased), of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in the Republic of Kenya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 15/Kangure/97, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Mutrang’a in succession cause No. E20 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Jane Wanjiku Muraguri, (2) Grace Waiyego Gikonyo, (3) Peter Kuria Gikonyo, (3) Nancy Waithira Gikonyo alias Lucy Nelius Waithira Gikonyo, (4) Stephen Macharia Gikonyo, (5) Wanjiru Gikonyo and (6) JuliusMuthoni Gikonyo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Jane Wanjiku Muraguri, (2) Grace Waiyego Gikonyo, (3) Peter Kuria Gikonyo, (3) Nancy Waithira Gikonyo alias Lucy Nelius Waithira Gikonyo, (4) Stephen Macharia Gikonyo, (5) Wanjiru Gikonyo and (6) JuliusMuthoni Gikonyo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eston Muraguri Gikonyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
