GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2272

WHEREAS Julia Mirigo Kangeri (deceased), of P.O. Box 581, Murang’a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 20 Mirira/79 and 1479, respectively, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. E120 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Nancy Wangui Kamonde (ID/3563029), (2) Ibrahim Mwangi Muthoni (ID/34395080), (3) Isabella Wamuhu Muchoki and (4) Margaret Wanjiku Muchoki (ID/3563776), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant and issue land title deeds to the said 1) Nancy Wangui Kamonde (ID/3563029), (2) Ibrahim Mwangi Muthoni (ID/34395080), (3) Isabella Wamuhu Muchoki and (4) Margaret Wanjiku Muchoki (ID/3563776), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Julia Mirigo Kangeri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
