REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mugwimi alias Waweru Mahuro (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 8.6 acres or 712 712 thereabout, known as Chania/Ngorongo/315, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. 805 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Francis Waweru, of P.O. Box 409–00208, Nairobi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to John Francis Waweru (ID/1883708), and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Joseph Mugwimi alias Waweru Mahuro (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
