REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dickson Chebiegon Cheptoo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kampi ya Moto/Kampi ya Moto Block 1/39 (Morop), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. 268 of 1997, has issued grant in favour of Esther Tala Chepyegon, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Dickson Chebiego Cheptoo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in th e name of Esther Tala Chepyegon, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dickson Chebiegon Cheptoo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
