THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gladys Kerubo Mosoti, of P.O. Box 17045–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.12800 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 83/14/136, situate in the city of Nairobi, and whereas the County Land Registrar coverged a hearing under section 14 (a) and (b) as well as section 79 (2) of the Land Registration Act, and whereas investigations by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations established that the piece was fraudulently transferred to Zachary Mumbo Mosoti, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue the said land title deed and upon such registration, the lease certificate issued earlier to the afore mentioned, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
