REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Livingstone Sakwa Amatekwa, of P.O. Box 50159– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Butsotso/Shibeye/3889, situate in the 710 710 district of Kakamega, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
