REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Hussein and (2) Halima Hussein, as administrators of the estate of (1) Mohamed Hussein Gorse and (2) Amina Haji Gele alias Amina Mohamed (deceased), of P.O. Box 85989–80100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/I/58, situate in the district of Nairobi, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered in Nairobi as volume N31, folio 411/2, file 10022, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
